Are these collars for dogs or cats?
Most styles are suitable for small to medium pets when the correct size is selected. Always measure your pet's neck before ordering and allow a comfortable two-finger fit.
Can the collar be used for walking?
The collar base is designed as a pet collar, but every pet is different. For strong pullers, training, tie-outs, or high-force situations, use a dedicated harness or safety restraint. Always supervise your pet while wearing decorative accessories.
Can I buy the matching owner bracelet separately?
The matching owner bracelet is currently available only as part of a matching collar-and-bracelet set, not as a standalone item. When a matching set is available, it will appear as a selectable purchase option on the product page.
What bracelet size is included?
The standard owner bracelet is made for a 15-16 cm wrist. For a wrist size of 17 cm or above, please contact us before ordering. An additional charge may apply depending on the bead type and required length.
Will the crystals look exactly like the photos?
Natural stone and crystal-style beads can vary in tone, pattern, clarity, and bead placement. We aim to keep each piece close to the product images, but small differences are normal.
Are the crystals intended for healing or medical benefits?
No. Our products are decorative pet accessories and matching jewelry. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Can my pet wear the collar all day?
We recommend removing decorative accessories during rough play, crate time, swimming, bathing, or unsupervised rest. Check the collar regularly for fit, wear, and loose parts.
