Custom pet figurines: inquiries only

CrystPaw is currently accepting inquiries about custom pet figurines. Figurine orders are not open, and we are not accepting payments for them.

Submitting an inquiry or sharing photos does not place an order, take payment, or reserve production.

Before orders open

We will publish the cancellation, return, refund and remake terms before accepting figurine orders. These will explain how to request help, applicable time limits, return arrangements and costs, refund processing, and how damaged, defective or incorrect items will be handled. You will be able to review these terms before making a purchase.

Existing orders and your rights

This update does not change the terms that applied to any order already placed. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
