1. Overview

This online store is operated by an individual seller trading as CrystPaw. Throughout these Terms of Service, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the store operator. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our products or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the website.

3. Product Information

We sell crystal-accent pet collars, matching owner bracelets, and related accessories. Product descriptions, measurements, colors, photographs, materials, and availability are provided in good faith. We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately, but device displays, lighting, image editing, handcrafted assembly, and natural materials can affect appearance.

Natural stone and crystal-style beads may vary in color, tone, pattern, clarity, mineral lines, bead placement, and small handmade details. These natural or handcrafted differences are not defects when the item remains consistent with the ordered style. The final product received is controlling.

We may update descriptions, correct errors, change product details, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you, correct the order, or cancel and refund it.

4. Pet Safety and Intended Use

Our products are decorative pet accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Crystal names or traditional associations are descriptive only and are not health claims.

Always measure your pet before ordering, select the correct size, and allow a comfortable two-finger fit. Inspect the collar, beadwork, stitching, clasps, and hardware before each use. Stop using the product if any part becomes loose, damaged, worn, or uncomfortable.

Always supervise pets while they wear decorative accessories. Remove the collar during rough play, crate time, swimming, bathing, unsupervised rest, or any activity where it could snag. For strong pullers, training, tie-outs, high-force restraint, vehicle restraint, or situations requiring safety control, use a suitable harness or dedicated safety product. The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the individual pet and intended activity.

Matching owner bracelets are intended for human wear only. Keep bracelets, beads, small parts, and packaging away from pets and children who may chew or swallow them.

5. Sizing and Custom Requests

Customers are responsible for checking the size guide and providing accurate measurements. The standard owner bracelet is designed around the size stated on the product page. A request for a different size or customization is not accepted unless we confirm it in writing before fulfillment.

Custom sizing, personalized changes, or special material requests may affect price, production time, eligibility for return, or availability. We will disclose any confirmed change before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout and may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout applies to the order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless we expressly agree.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, bank fees, or other government charges may be collected at checkout or remain the customer's responsibility, depending on destination and law.

7. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may limit, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory or material unavailability, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or suspected resale activity. If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

If you need to change a size, shipping address, or product option, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Free Standard Shipping is currently available for eligible orders shipped to the United States. The estimated delivery window is 10-15 business days. Tracking details will be sent when available.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier capacity, customs processing, inspections, weather, address errors, seasonal volume, and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Risk of loss and title pass as required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address and for responding to carrier or customs requests.

Additional shipping details are provided in our Shipping & Returns policy and at checkout. If there is a conflict, mandatory consumer law and the terms presented for the specific order will control.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable, and provide the order number and clear photographs when requested so we can review the issue.

Items must be unused and in their original condition when a return is approved. For hygiene and safety reasons, worn pet accessories or owner bracelets may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed product issue or applicable law requires otherwise. Natural variation consistent with the ordered style is not a defect.

Do not send a return until we provide instructions. Unauthorized returns, returns sent to an incorrect address, or packages sent cash-on-delivery may be refused.

10. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, branding, product presentation, and layout, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative commercial materials from our content without written permission.

11. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and display submitted content for store operations and marketing, unless prohibited by law. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unrelated.

Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated in writing. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from the website, products, services, or these Terms. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the greater of the amount paid for the affected order or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer protections.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights. This section does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights.

16. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the agreement between you and us regarding the website and store services, except for terms confirmed for a specific order.
