Custom pet figurines: inquiries only

Custom pet figurine orders are not open yet. We currently accept inquiries only. An inquiry does not book production or a shipment.

Shipping arrangements

Shipping destinations, charges and delivery estimates for custom pet figurines have not yet been finalized. Free shipping and a fixed delivery window are not currently offered for these figurines.

Before orders open

Before accepting figurine orders, we will publish the available delivery destinations and shipping charges, the dispatch location and fulfillment arrangements, estimated production and transit times, tracking arrangements, and any applicable import duties or taxes and who is responsible for them. These details will be available before payment. Production time and transit time will be explained separately.

Existing orders

This update does not change the shipping commitments made for any order already placed or limit your rights under applicable law. For an existing shipment, refer to your order confirmation and any shipping updates we have sent.
