Shipping Destinations and Cost
Free Standard Shipping is currently available for eligible orders shipped to the United States. If no shipping option appears for an address at checkout, we are not currently able to ship the order to that destination.
Estimated Delivery
The estimated delivery window for Standard Shipping is 10-15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
Tracking and Order Status
Orders are prepared before shipment, and tracking details will be sent when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Possible Delays
Delivery may be delayed by carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, seasonal volume, an incomplete or incorrect address, or events outside our reasonable control. We will assist with available tracking information, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to the carrier.
Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the shipment was refused or unclaimed, additional shipping costs may apply before it can be sent again. Any refund will be handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Free shipping covers the shipping rate charged by the store. Any customs duties, import taxes, or government fees that are legally assessed are handled according to the destination's requirements and applicable law.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if a package arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and clear photos when applicable. We will review the issue and, when necessary, work with the carrier to determine an appropriate solution.
